Privacy Notice

Information you provide directly. When you submit a quote request, contact form, or door-hanger landing-page form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Service type requested and preferred visit frequency
• Service area and property address
• Whether you are interested in a pool-care bundle
• A free-text message describing your property or needs
• Photos or videos you choose to upload (image and video files up to 50 MB each, maximum five files per submission) to help us assess your property

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party analytics tools automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and general geographic location derived from it
• Browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation path
• Referring URL and search terms used to reach the Site
• Interactions such as phone-number clicks and quote-request button clicks, recorded for advertising measurement purposes

Cookies and browser storage. The Site uses a browser localStorage key (c2_analytics_consent, retained for 365 days) to store your analytics consent preference. Analytics and advertising scripts are loaded only after you accept cookies through the consent banner displayed on your first visit.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to quote and service requests. Contact information and property details you submit are used to prepare and deliver a landscape service quote and to follow up about your inquiry.
• Send confirmation communications. We send an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your request and may follow up about your quote or scheduled services.
• Measure advertising effectiveness. Subject to your cookie consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to quote requests and phone calls.
• Analyze Site performance. Subject to your cookie consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate the Site and which content is most useful.
• Comply with legal obligations. We may use or retain information as required by applicable law or in response to a valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the Site and process your requests, including our web hosting and infrastructure provider (GoDaddy / Airo), our transactional email relay (used to send confirmation emails), and our form and inbox management platform. These providers access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
• Google Analytics and Advertising. If you accept cookies, we share usage and conversion event data with Google LLC through Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XK8DHCNLN3) and Google Ads (account AW-18510142633). When you submit a lead form hosted by Google Ads, your submission is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Legal disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Terra Noble Services, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If Terra Noble Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain quote request submissions — including any uploaded photos or videos — for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill any resulting service agreement, and meet our legal obligations. Uploaded media files are stored in a non-public directory on our hosting infrastructure and are not published publicly. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Google Ads. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described in Section 6.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a non-public directory on our hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookie and analytics consent. You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies through the consent banner on your first visit. To withdraw consent after accepting, clear the c2_analytics_consent key from your browser's localStorage for terranobleservices.com. You can also opt out of Google Analytics measurement across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google ad personalization. You can manage Google's use of your information for ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Access, correction, and deletion requests. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address in Section 9. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry-standard interpretation of those signals.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
